Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department (cleaning, dishwashing, sanitation)
- Supervise and coordinate the work of stewarding staff, including training and shift management
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with hotel policies and health regulations
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding materials
