Job Description:
DOHA HEALTHCARE GROUP, a renowned medical service provider in Qatar, is currently hiring experienced and compassionate Hospital Nurses to join their clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care in line with international healthcare standards. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and wound care
- Collaborate with doctors and other medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and recovery steps
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, or surgeries
- Ensure infection control procedures and hygiene standards are met
- Assist in emergency response situations and critical care
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions promptly
- Ensure proper handling and storage of medical equipment and supplies

Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution
- Valid nursing license from country of origin
- Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) license or eligibility preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure situations
