We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team in our beauty salon in the bondi junction. This is a small salon, so the perfect candidate needs to have exceptional multitasking skills to handle multiple requests, demonstrate initiative and be a proactive person. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is necessary as well as experience working in a customer facing role.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO:
▪ greeting customers,
▪ scheduling appointments,
▪ helping w/ social media,
▪ keeping up w/ paperwork,
▪ answering the phone,
▪ helping w/ retail sales,
▪ providing excellent customer service,
▪ helping w/ inventory,
▪ keeping the salon clean and presentable,
▪ able to multi-task, organizing and assisting as needed, etc.

The job is approximately 20-25 hours a week, with preferred hours from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: $26.17 per hour
