Job Description:
Hilton Doha, a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the heart of Qatar’s capital, is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto AC Technician to join our engineering and maintenance team. This role requires technical knowledge in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive air conditioning systems for the hotel’s vehicle fleet and equipment. The ideal candidate must possess strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. Auto AC Technician jobs in Qatar.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair issues in automotive air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance on AC components including compressors, condensers, and evaporators
- Recharge refrigerant and conduct leak testing
- Ensure all work complies with environmental and safety regulations
- Maintain service records and report maintenance activity
- Inspect and test vehicle systems to identify inefficiencies
- Coordinate with the fleet supervisor for scheduled maintenance
- Assist with other minor vehicle repairs when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop
- Stay updated with the latest AC technologies and repair procedures
Education and Qualification:
- Diploma or technical certification in Automobile Air Conditioning or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto AC Technician
- Valid Qatari driving license (preferred)
- Strong understanding of automotive HVAC systems
- Ability to read vehicle diagrams and repair manuals
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
- Physically fit and capable of handling repair tools and heavy parts
