Hilton Doha, a prestigious 5-star hotel in Qatar’s capital, is hiring an Auto AC Technician to join its maintenance team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive air conditioning systems for the hotel’s vehicle fleet and equipment. This position is ideal for skilled technicians with strong diagnostic abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance on compressors, condensers, and evaporators
- Recharge refrigerants and conduct leak tests
- Inspect vehicle systems to identify inefficiencies and ensure safety compliance
- Maintain service records and report maintenance activities
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance with the fleet supervisor
- Assist with minor vehicle repairs as needed
- Keep the workshop organized and clean
- Stay updated on the latest AC technologies and repair procedures
Education and Qualification:
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Automotive Air Conditioning or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto AC Technician
- Valid Qatari driving license (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive HVAC systems and ability to read vehicle diagrams/manuals
- Basic communication in English or Arabic
- Physically fit and able to handle tools and heavy parts
