Job Description:
British American Tobacco (BAT), a leading multinational in consumer goods, is hiring a Business Analyst to join its strategic operations team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and delivering insights that support business transformation and innovation across multiple departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and define requirements
- Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and process improvements
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Support project lifecycle from initiation through to implementation
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance analysis and forecasting insights
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, and business process modeling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Agile or Lean methodology experience is a plus
