Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review overdue accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to recover outstanding debts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any disputes or issues that may be delaying payment.
  • Prepare and send regular reports on the status of collections and outstanding accounts to the finance manager.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections process.

Education and Qualification:
