Job Description:
Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Technician to join our engineering and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure maximum comfort for our guests and smooth operation within the property. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment such as chillers, air handling units, split units, and ventilation systems
- Maintain records of repair and maintenance work
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades
- Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
- Assist with energy conservation initiatives by optimizing HVAC operations
- Work collaboratively with other engineering team members and hotel departments

Education and Qualification:

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- Valid Qatar ID or ability to obtain a work visa preferred
