🛠️ Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including floors, restrooms, kitchens, and dining areas
- Maintain restaurant equipment by conducting minor repairs and preventive maintenance
- Monitor and manage heating, cooling, plumbing, and lighting systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Refill cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed
- Perform exterior maintenance including parking lot, signage, and waste disposal
- Report major repair needs or hazards to management promptly
- Support restaurant team with additional tasks during downtime
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior maintenance or custodial experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of tools, cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
