Job Description: Remote Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our software. You’ll work closely with sales, support, and product teams to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities. Remote Jobs in USA.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Onboard new clients and guide them through platform adoption.
✔ Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess client goals.
✔ Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue.
✔ Resolve customer issues by collaborating with the support team.
✔ Track customer health metrics (NPS, churn risk, engagement).
Requirements:
✅ 2+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS sales.
✅ Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
✅ Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
✅ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
