Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked with products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store layout is appealing.

- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail management.

- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
