Job Responsibilities
- Handpick strawberries with care to avoid bruising or damage
- Sort and pack strawberries in designated containers
- Identify and report any diseased or damaged plants
- Maintain clean rows by removing weeds and debris
- Assist in planting, mulching, and maintaining strawberry beds
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily harvesting quotas
- Cooperate with supervisors and team members in farm activities
Education & Qualifications
- No formal education required
- Previous farm or field labor experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to bend, squat, and stand for long hours in varying weather
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
