Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in guest relations, front desk operations, or customer service in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
