Job Description:
Just Recruit Singapore is currently hiring Production Operators for a reputable manufacturing client. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to work in a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for operating machines, handling materials, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production lines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection of products
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods and report any defects
- Monitor machine performance and escalate technical issues
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist in loading/unloading of materials when required
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
Education and Qualification:
- Minimum Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: SGD 1,800 – SGD 2,500 (depending on shift and experience)
