Key Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, sort, and store incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 100% accuracy
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent
- 6+ months warehouse/logistics experience (e-commerce preferred)
- Ability to lift 20kg packages repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
