Key Responsibilities

Receive, scan, sort, and store incoming inventory
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 100% accuracy
Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring quality standards
Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation

Requirements

High school certificate or equivalent
6+ months warehouse/logistics experience (e-commerce preferred)
Ability to lift 20kg packages repeatedly
Basic English communication skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
