My name is Joel Matías Trapani, I am 27 years old from Argentina. I am currently in Australia with a Working Holiday Visa (462). I have a degree in Tourism and Hospitality and I have almost ten years of experience in the industry.

I am a hard-working, responsible and committed person. I am fit and healthy and I am used to working standing up for long periods of time. I love learning new things and I do it fast. I am flexible and I adapt quickly to new processes and I know how to follow orders.

I have worked as a waiter, receptionist and housekeeper at internationally renowned hotels such as Sheraton and Four Seasons. This experience has taught me to have an excellent relationship with various types of clients. Also, in recent years, I worked as a professor for the career of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Argentina and that is why my communication and interpersonal skills are my strongest skills.

My native language is Spanish but I have an advanced level of English and a intermediate level of Italian and Portuguese.
