Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers during boarding, flight, and disembarkation.
Ensure passenger safety by following and enforcing inflight safety procedures.
Conduct safety demonstrations and handle emergency situations confidently.
Serve food and beverages to passengers during flights.
Address passenger questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Carry out pre- and post-flight checks of the aircraft cabin.
Report incidents and complete necessary flight documentation.
Maintain excellent grooming and presentation standards.

Education and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age: 21 years.
Minimum height: 158 cm with weight in proportion.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Valid passport with no travel restrictions.
Good health and fitness; ability to swim unaided.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
