Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and courteous manner.
- Resolve complaints, provide information about services, and assist clients with account issues.

Education and Qualifications:

- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
