Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based nursing care across assigned units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and document EHR updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards
Requirements
- Education: BSN preferred (ADN accepted with BSN enrollment)
- Licensure: Active Florida RN license (or multi-state compact)
- Experience: 1+ years acute care nursing
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (unit-specific requirements apply)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: USD (32–45)/hour (shift differentials available)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (terms apply)
